If goods are received damaged Double Dot must be notified within three working days, both the goods and packaging must be retained for possible inspection by us. If the goods are incorrect in some way, we must be informed with 24 hours as to the nature of the problem, depending on the outcome we would ask you to repack the goods and a collection will be arranged by Double Dot.
Goods that have been ordered incorrectly, these items can be returned but as all our products are made to order there will be a 20% handling fee payable to Double Dot on safe return of the items. Once the items have been inspected and they are in a re-sellable condition a credit note will be issued less the handling fee. If the items have been customised to your requirements and confirmation has been given on proofs submitted – no refunds will be given.
If goods are cancelled withing 24 hours of placing an order the full cost will be refunded. If goods are cancelled within 3 days of placing an order a 50% refund will be made. There is no refund on goods cancelled after 3 days of placing an order.
We will use our best endeavours to maintain our delivery promises but accept no responsibility or liability for any costs or damages that may arise as a result of late delivery.
